Enquiry data
Website forms request your name, telephone number and email address. The message or form information, language and page URL accompany the enquiry. The handler also uses the IP address. Please do not provide payment details, identity documents or other information that is not needed to discuss lighting.
Purposes of processing
Your contact details and enquiry content are used to respond, discuss your project and prepare an offer. Steps taken at your request before entering a contract may provide a legal basis for that processing. The controller must confirm the applicable grounds for other processing operations: XXX. Sending an enquiry does not constitute agreement to receive advertising mailings.
Services and recipients
The website handler sends enquiries to Telegram. When you follow a WhatsApp, Telegram or email link, further correspondence uses the service you select. Unlimited.rs hosts the website. The handler writes technical logs; their content, retention and access arrangements require confirmation by the controller. External services may process data outside Serbia; countries, contractual safeguards and transfer grounds: XXX.
Google Analytics and cookies
The website has Google Analytics 4 installed, measurement ID G-HVRG6VR4LL. It is used for statistics on visits and interactions, such as page views, referral sources and device/browser characteristics. Under the current configuration, analytics code loads when a page is opened. Analytics may use cookies and other identifiers. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings; this does not replace the controller’s responsibility to establish processing grounds. See the Google privacy policy.
Retention
Retention periods for enquiries, correspondence, logs and analytics data: XXX — awaiting the owner’s confirmation. These should take account of the enquiry’s purpose, contract performance and mandatory document retention. This interim version does not confirm that automatic data deletion is in place.
Your rights and requests
You may request access, correction or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing or request portability where applicable. Consent-based processing allows withdrawal of consent.
